When we talk about small business customers, it is important to note that these are customers who do not need complex communication solutions. In other words, Voiply provides a VoIP line service with the addition of several user-friendly features that enhance everyday phone communication.

They pride themselves on having more than 25k customers worldwide in addition to Unlimited Calling to 50+ Countries. A very clean and simple design of their website distinguishes them from the competition, where customers can easily look and find information. Everything is just in sight and easily accessible. Voiply is a transparency-oriented company, with its subscription offer and calling rates clearly showcased.

The first impression that can easily be gained is that Voiply offers its customers a VoIP line with several basic features that can improve their telephone communication.

My sincere appreciation always goes to those VoIP service providers who simplify their offer. Customers, rezidential users in particular frequently struggle to comprehend complex offers, and it's no surprise to me. Two noteworthy facts about Voiply include affordable pricing for both residential and small business customers in addition to any time cancellation. I cannot emphasize enough how many times I have heard questions related to the price or questions related to the contract and its duration in conversations with third parties.

These features significantly improve phone communication in every respect, which is why VoIP technology differs from traditional phone communication.

Let's explore features Voiply has to offer:

Plug and play setup: Allows user to start using the VoIP service hassle free. Connect your free Voiply Adapter to your home Router and Analog Phone, and you're ready to go. There is no need for extensive technical knowledge or manual configuration.

Keep your existing number: If you already have a phone number with another service provider, you can keep it. It requires the phone number to be ported. The transfer process can take up to 10 days to complete. Port request would be auto submitted after placing your order.

Simultaneous Ring: Incoming calls can be simultaneously routed to multiple devices or phone numbers.

Voicemail to email: Received voicemail messages are delivered to a user's email inbox.

Caller ID: Allows the person receiving a phone call to see the phone number (and sometimes the name) of the calling party before answering the call. This feature helps users identify who is calling and decide whether or not to answer the call.

E911: Short for Enhanced 911, is a system used in North America that provides emergency responders with the location information of a caller when they dial the emergency number "911." Unlike traditional 911 services, which are based on the caller providing their location verbally to the emergency dispatcher, Enhanced 911 automatically transmits the caller's location information to the emergency services.

Extra line mobile app: By installing Voiply app on your mobile device, user gets an extra line and ability to communicate on the go.

Call forwarding: Incoming calls can be redirected from the original recipient to another chosen destination.

Call Waiting: Allows customer engaged in a phone call to be notified of an incoming call and to put the current call on hold temporarily to answer the new call.

Online-fax (EFAX): Send and receive faxes using the internet rather than traditional fax machines and phone lines.

Robocall defender: Block 99% of unwanted calls from spam callers and send them to our Bot.

A litle shortened list of essential features but at a very convinient cost in addtion to a reliable quality. I believe this is more then any rezidential or small business user can expect should they not neede something more complex in terms of communication technical requirements.

Voiply Support

Due to the very nature of the service provided by Voiply they narrowed their support channels to 24/7 support by Phone or Live chat with a live person. It may seem that a support service is incomplete without documentation available or some email support system. However, VoIP line service is a pretty straightforward service, and Voiply understood that. So, if help is still needed, it better be immediately available and 24/7.

Although Voiply provides Plug and play setup and hassle-free start, if needed, setup issues can be addressed and solved at any time. As mentioned in some of my previous reviews, I'm a big fan of Live Chat, and I really appreciate talking to a real person.

My own conclusion is that customers will rarely need to request Voiply support; there is not much that can happen on the service provider side.
