I've had a positive experience with Zadarma's security measures. However, it could be better. It seems they are either not offering top-notch VoIP security service or not emphasizing their security measures enough, as is visible from my Live Chat conversation in the image above. My question about the security was too simply answered just by saying "To secure your calls, you can use encrypted TLS transport".

I have no doubt that Zadarma invests a lot in security measures and the protection of its clients. A company of its size certainly didn't make a success of it without paying attention to the security of its VoIP services. Unfortunately, they don't seem to emphasize that fact enough.

In conclusion, while Zadarma offers a commendable level of security, it is advisable for customers to leverage available measures and proactively implement all necessary precautions to safeguard their VoIP communications.
